Rival Gaming Software Review

Players from around the world have been experiencing unacceptably long payment delays from Rival Gaming casinos for several months. The company has repeatedly stated that all players will be paid, but I am uncomfortable recommending any Rival Gaming casino until they can resolve their payment problems and start to deliver the 48-hour withdrawals that their websites promise.

I experienced an unpleasant sequence of events recently: I signed up at a Rival casino to collect their signup bonus. Upon completing the registration form, a software error occurred and the error message said to restart the software, which I did. After restarting it and trying to log in, a message appeared informing me that my account had been locked. Not wanting to deal with it, I uninstalled the software and thought nothing more of it.

Later that day, I logged in to a different Rival casino, and my account at that casino was locked as well. I checked a couple more Rival casino accounts, and they were also locked. The software error, which I had no control over, caused all of my accounts across all Rival casinos to become locked. I contacted support, and my accounts were unlocked within a few minutes. At the time, I considered it nothing more than a minor inconvenience.

A couple of weeks later, my withdrawal limit was reduced from $3,000 to $500 across all of my Rival accounts and for every withdrawal method. I emailed support to ask why the withdrawal limits were reduced, and I did not receive a response for a few days. During that time I periodically checked the cashier to see if the withdrawal limit was restored, but it had not been. Finally, I emailed support and requested that my accounts be closed, and this was done in 11 minutes. I could not help but feel that my inquiry about the withdrawal limits was being ignored, but they were more than happy to close my accounts. I have since received an acceptable apology and explanation, which was that the implementation of the new comp points system had inadvertently caused the withdrawal limits to be reduced.

While I am satisfied with the apology, my accounts will remain closed and I will not be recommending Rival casinos until they begin processing payments in a timely manner for every withdrawal method that they offer.
