Louisiana Double is available in the Flash version of online casinos that use Microgaming software. A 53-card deck is used, where the extra card is the Double card. If the Double card is present in a winning hand, the payout is doubled. This can only occur for Jacks or Better, Two Pair, Three of a Kind and Four of a Kind hands.

The paytable used by Microgaming only returns 93.4541%, which is not worth playing. This is one of the few situations where a good idea is soured by rotten payouts. If the paytable were based on 9/6 Jacks or Better, the game would return 99.1385% instead.
